"Great property with nice rooms. Plenty of options below hotel for any immediate needs. Meal ticket system for Sizzler breakfast buffet seems needlessly complicated. Enjoyed most everything about hotel other than the lounge. Lounge staff was unfriendly and service was glacially slow."

"Like the food and drink selection at the lounge. Love the view of the tower. Would prefer the toilet in the separate area instead of together with the bathroom. When booked did not know there is a kitchen in the room, personally not a fan. Although on the high floor, still hear the traffic quite loud at night. Love the swimming pool and hot spring facilities but a bit of a walk from the guest room more for business events hotel. Love the compliment private ride."

"This hotel has a really cool lobby with a nice bakery and restaurant on the main floor. The room that we was small compared to North American hotels, 18 m², so it was pretty tight in the room to open suitcases etc. and there is nowhere to put clothes. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. The best part is probably the location as it is next to a park and there is a Starbucks if you are into their coffee right across the street in the park. It’s nice to get away from the packed streets of Shinjuku. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, but there’s also a bus you can take that takes you right there that runs quite often so it is pretty convenient."
