"We stayed at the house for a week of summer vacation and had a great time. The house is beautiful and was well stocked. Everything was clean and ready. Communication with the owner was smooth and always answered promptly. While initially we looked to stay on the cape, the location turned out to be great as the beach is nicer and less crowded than most bay side beaches on the cape and you avoid the traffic as well. Overall we really enjoyed staying at the house and had a great vacation."

The house was very spacious for 9 people, but would be for even more people. We could not have asked for anymore. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation beach house."
