"Our experience in this hotel was very disappointing. The setting and the inn are lovely. However, we did not feel comfortable or welcomed by the owners. We did not even have 4 pillows in the room and when we asked for 2 more were told, 'they are in the cabinet.' They were not and we did not have any left either when we asked. We only had 2 towels in the room, no hand towels or face cloths. No Kleenex and only ONE roll of toilet paper. When we asked for ice we were told 'no'... because we...
