Unfortunately elevator was out of order during our entire stay and we were on the top floor, stairs were pretty hazardous and lighting in the stairs were not helping as they were motion activated especially with cleaning trolleys be left in stairwells. "

"Amazing stay, so welcoming, the parking was full so it was just in the carpark next door, but all easy and secure and I had the mossst lovely stay, with some wonderful last minute late night food on request and a lovely little coffee for my drive this morning. They take care of the details. Highly recommend."
