"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory."

"Unhelpful checkin staff on arrival. Nice room.but a/c didn't work. Had to pay for coffee pods after paying 120.00e per night !!! . Average stay. Good central location tho ,close to everything."

"Perfect location. Very friendly hosts everyday. The bathroom was a bit small and warm water in the shower was limited and could sometimes take the entire night to come back. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
