"Stayed in room 308 had a strange mildew type odor immediately walking in, requested new sheets for bed had stains like they didn’t change them! Carpet looked/felt dirty, A/C needs help thankfully it wasn’t hot during our stay. Asked front desk for new towels delivered to our room NEVER brought had to ask housekeeping staff directly! Elevator was broken had to use stairs our entire stay. Only positive was the mattress was comfortable & the location was perfect. Won’t stay again. "

"The room was missing a TV in the bedroom, carpet and couches stained, no outlets in the bathroom, extremely noisy from the street, the breakfast wasn't enough to feed the guests, staff was very unorganized and seemed like they had no clue what to do. I called the desk before going to the pool to see if the hot tub was open and they told me it was but when I got down there it was 100% empty and closed for maintenance. The pool was cold and slimy in the bottom. After checkout I get a call from the hotel telling me they forgot to get my card info and demanded a payment. I told them I reserved through Hotels.com and they said their system was down and demanded a receipt. I got texts and emails from them for the next 2 days demanding a receipt and I had sent it within minutes of the first request. Never ever going back here. "

"The staff is great, and the hotel was pretty spacious. I love my room! Just wish breakfast was alittle more inclusive to non pork or beef eaters. Other than that this hotel was amazing "

"Very clean. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast is extra meh. Parking was good to have it free but those spaces are small! Walk to downtown is a little sketchy for part of the way (no sidewalks). Drops you in a good location for walking the strip."
