Nice big room, across the pool that was much needed during the heat wave. We had dinner at the restaurant that was very good albeit on the pricy side. The Chateau is nested in the vineyards, the surroundings are gorgeous.

Best Western esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación central del tren y tiene comercio alrededor.El dormitorio muy limpio y cómodo. Baño nítido. Lo incomodo fue la llave para abrir la ducha y tina. Agradezco la atención en la recepción de la señora Assiayd, fue muy atenta y amable.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist whenever needed. From the hotel room to the spa and pool, everything was spotless, and the hotel itself was very charming. Dormitorio es amplio, baño muy limpio. Lo incomodo fue que no había nadie en la recepción para hacer check in, a mediodía. En la tarde llego el recepcionista, muy atento y amable. Servicio de bus a la estación del tren. Existe un centro comercial cerca del hotel y restaurantes.

Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. Great location and an excellent value. Guests expect reasonable TV coverage. In this instance reception was scrambled and was entirely French coverage. Some international coverage (CNN, BBC) and English language coverage for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan city such as Lyon is needed and a technical upgrade of TV service is needed.
