"I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response....

"とても静かでゆったりとした心地よい時間が過ごせて良かったです。諸事情により、急遽、宿泊させていただきましたが、快く受け入れて下さり、感謝しています。急遽、受け入れていただいたのもあるかと思いますが、古い物件でしたので、家具、建具、備品、お部屋、寝具等々は湿気をおびていて、清潔感に関しては良いとはいえませんでした。ただ、かなり、広い物件で合宿等の多人数で宿泊するのには、お得な宿泊先だと思います。各寝室に扇風機、リビングにサーキュレーターはありますが、エアコンがない？ので、真夏でも涼しい立地で問題ありませんでしたが、リビングにいる時はサーキュレーターと各部屋の扇風機をフル稼働しました。"

"露天風呂温泉が最高です。バーベキューをするテラスは、建物から２メートルほど下にあるのですが、岩を積み上げた階段で上り下りする必要があり、少し危ない気がしました。屋根があり雨が降っても問題なかったです。乾燥機付きの洗濯機があり、洗剤も付属してたので助かりました。歯ブラシを忘れたのですが、置いてなかったので少し困りました。近所に買い物出来るようなところはなかったです。"
