"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. "The good was the beach, scuba diving and the spa which was reasonably priced. The not so good was the bland food, wi-fi sucked and the pools close down at 5:30."

"The check in process with very bad.. when I try to make check in, the reception asked me to pay another fees called a reservation difference arguing that the price I already paid online is for the American clients only !!!!!! When I tried to clarify that when I made my reservation on the Orbitz app, the application didn't asked me about my nationality, they replied by showing me a confirmation page about my reservation from another site called "hotelbeds" and said that they don't know anything...
