I have never seen such bad costuner service in Sal before. The front desk staff we very nice and polite however. The place needs upgrades as the bathroom is old but was clean, the bed was unconfortble though and very loud at any movement. The place is generally is good. The bad part is that I booked this layover to work but was unable because they had no wifi for 24 hours and offered no solutions. "
