"The staff at Salakphet were so accommodating and tried very hard to make our stay as nice as possible. There were a few problems we encountered once we first arrived. First, the full name of Salakphet Resort is Salakphet Seafood and Resort. It is first and foremost a seafood restaurant, which was hard for us because there are very few other places to eat nearby and we are vegetarians. "This hotel is in a great location, in the middle of Kae Bae. Lots around and easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and comfortable, with great aircon (very much needed during the hot season). There's lots of nice outdoor seating for each of the rooms. Breakfast buffet was basic, but nice atmosphere. Overall, it was a good stay. I would come back and can recommend!"
