"Hotel room was dirty. Our socks were black from how dirty the floor was. We found pizza crust in our pull out bed. We let the front desk know and they said they’d make note of it and completely ignored my complaint. Stated smoke free hotel but our whole floor smelt like weed and cigarettes. If we didn’t check in so late at night and didn’t have 3 exhausted kids we would have left. Asked for a refund and they are ignoring the request. "

"I stayed here years ago. So, i thought i.would again. Complete example you get what younpay for. Rooms are ok. The AC was so loud it made it near impossible to sleep. I ended up turning it off making it warmer than i prefer.The area it was in is less than desirable. Finally, there is.no breakfast. Juice and granola bars. I didnt bother and went to Starbucks instead. I.will never stay there again."

"We don’t have much options in breakfast and not filling back after 9am, even though breakfast times were 7am to 10am. Apart from this rest all excellent."

"We stayed one night so we didn't use the laundry service. The room was clean. Our stay was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will choose Comfort Suites again. Thanks!!"

"Pros: room was clean, check-in was easy. Location is nice and quiet. Cons: The lighting in the room was so poor. We turned on every lamp to see anything. The lights above the sink were very dim. It was not good. Only 1 elevator worked. Breakfast had empty dishes, cold gravy and rock hard biscuits. "

"Room heat wouldn't go above 65, never really herd it turn in. Could hear everything from the neighboring room. Coming and going. 2" gap below the door, everything in the hallway was loud. Could constantly hear the road traffic too. Worse night sleep. Bed was good, room was big. But not great comfort. "
