"A very very beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is amazing. All of the staff goes out of their way to assist you. Food is restaurant is excellent. The breakfast was the best we had in all our stays. The surrounding area flowers shrubbery was beautifully maintained. Martina checked us in and could not be more helpful. Very very pleasant staff. Everyone says good morning, hello etc would love to stay there again"

"Insgesamt eine tolle moderne Unterkunft und freundliches Personal. Mit dem Auto sehr nah an der Stadt gelegen. Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. "La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). "

"Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . "One of the most lovely hotels I have ever stayed at. From check-in onwards, the staff was AMAZING – it was hard to leave as they felt like friends, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and great A/C. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would 100% stay here again, and would go out of my way to experience their hospitality."

"The hotel was ideally located about a 7 min walk from the centre , great base . Train station is approximately 2.5km away , bus service is available. Breakfast is sufficient, staff very helpful & friendly . Pool was only open 4-9pm & you had to book . Dint use outside areas as was extremely windy when we visited ."

"Borgo Canonica is a beautiful and very charming place with great service and attention from the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, unique, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Puglia experience. The rooms and property are very well maintained and truly special. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit far from the main cities and attractions, so having a car is definitely recommended. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience."

"This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled eggs ever. Felt safe and easy."

"We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town."
