Salida has the largest downtown historic district with shops, bars and restaurants. Also, located on hwy 50 is the Salida Hot Springs pool and more restaurant options.

This is your very own private Rocky Mountain escape.

New construction 2 story townhouse built in 2021. This is a 1600 sq ft home. Everything in the house is new. Upstairs 3 bedrooms - 2 baths. Downstairs includes living, 1/2 bath, dining & kitchen. (Open floor plan) Granite countertops, stainless appliances, washer & dryer. Small private backyard. Street parking and off street parking.

*No Smoking on property
*No parties or Events on property
*No Pets allowed on property
*The couch should not be used as a bed
*Shoes off inside house
*Please use plastic cups outside
*Please do not put pots/pans & knives in dishwasher
*Please no skis or boards in house, boots okay in laundry room
(ski's & board's can be stored in outside locker on back porch)
*Reservations may be canceled 30 or more days prior to check in with full
refund.
*You will be responsible for any damage to the inside or outside of the rental
property caused by you or your party during your stay.

We are so excited to share our little piece of Poncha Springs, Colorado with you. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene, our property is consistently cleaned and sanitized. We are always available to help; your satisfaction is very important. We can always be reached by phone & text and will always respond in a timely fashion.

When booking please let us know who & how many people will be on the property at any time regardless if they are spending the night. Group size will be verified so please be accurate with details. We want to make everyone happy so please reach out with any requests.

Also Acknowledge - you must climb interior stairs with handrail to get to bedrooms.
