"The hotel was in a nice position for the beach and the town. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms were a little tired and expensive for what they were."

"The decor is over the top kitch with lots of black, purple and silver so it won't be to everyone's taste. The larger rooms in the old part of the property are poorly lit and have free standing baths which take up loads of space while the actual bathroom is cramped but they have plenty of seating and big windows. I also like that the beds are low rather than the high ones that have become the fashion. The food is really good, both at breakfast and at dinner and the staff are friendly and helpful. They tend to have intrusive and unneccessary music playing which is a shame but it's the same almost everywhere one goes"

"Clean room, easy check in. Only issue we found is the listing being misleading as it seems you are on the seaside but once you arrive it is on a regular street with a 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront."

"An outstanding stay the accommodation is truly beautiful and the hosts are amazing they truly make you feel welcome upon arrival and went above and beyond whilst we were there amazing with our children who have additional needs the location is breath taking and it’s a bonus Staithes is a 7 minute drive Perfect for star gazing on a night Truly is beautiful we are 100% returning but for longer this time"
