What a wonderful little place to stay right in the heart of Staithes. The owner is super friendly and cooks an amazing breakfast. We stayed in the Botany Bay room which has an amazing view. For those arriving by car, I would advise parking at the top of the hill and taking only essentials down to the property with you as there is no parking down there.

This was one of my favorite B&B's I've been to! The location is absolutely perfect - it's perched right at the top of the hill overlooking the tiny town of Staithes and the sea. You just walk right down the cobblestone street and in three minutes you're in the heart of the village. The room was MASSIVE and very bright and airy. The bathroom was also very clean and bright. Only thing wrong was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved this little cottage. It’s a beautiful little home away from home. Whitby was fantastic as well. Wish we’d known ahead of time how much we would love it so we could have booked a longer stay.

Extremely clean and friendly bed and breakfast. Jackie and John were so hospitable and genuinely love having guests at their B&B. The room was large, well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh every morning. The location was easily accessible from the Redcar train station and in very close proximity to the beach and downtown area with lots of cute shops. Overall great stay and highly recommended. Super easy to find and park. The room was clean, modern, and well presented. The owner even pre-reserved us a table for dinner, which was a welcome surprise since we were tired and extremely hungry. The food was amazing as well. All in all I would highly recommend.

Good staff, very helpful. Very good breakfast. Dinner very good though note restaurant seating much better than tables in the bar; we got stuck with noisy bar table for dinner due to late booking. Rooms very nice, newer shower fittings.
