"Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular...

"Great for a night or two on your way somewhere else. The pool was beautiful and very happy with the buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and some parts of the room were run down and rusty. The air conditioning worked great and it was nice to have a king sized bed even though it was firm for my preference. Check in and out were efficient and helpful front desk. Ademais, durante a madrugada foi oferecido a possibilidade de trocar de unidade, mas não foi aceita por mim já que estava tarde, com roupa de dormir e perderia muito tempo organizando a mala para trocar de unidade sendo que sairia pela manhã cedo."
