"Upon arriving, I waited for an hour to check in, only to discover that the room we had booked was not available. Despite paying for two, we were given a one-bed room. The room was dirty, and the shower was barely functional. On the website, it had advertised that amenities such as the waterpark would be included in the booking fee. However, after the experience, we were informed that we had to pay an additional $60 per person for access to the waterpark. This was an unexpected and frustrating situation. "

"We used Hotels.com for this room even though it is nice place we wanted a one night get away and showed up checked it payed and then found out the pool was completely dry ! So I returned to front desk and asked the m to return our money so we could stay somewhere else. He told me could do it because there was no manager . So we were stuck and had to make other plans stuck in this hotel . And all the ice machines were broke and the channel selection was terrible. The staff is incompetent and asked me to tall to the manager in the morning and still no discount . Trap house lol"
