"Very lovely hotel. A bit of a walk to Piazza San Marco, but conveniently located to the Venezia San Lucia train station and the bus station. Beautiful view of the canal from our room. The hotel personnel were so kind and accommodating. My only slight criticism, or rather advice…this was the worst hair dryer on the trip, lol. Of course I waited to wash my hair here. "In general it was good. Breakfast was awesome. Staff are friendly. Bedroom carpet floor not very clean. Our bedroom was smelling of cigarettes, that is the only negative thing. We bought tram tickets from the hotel. Apparently, you need to activate them when you get on the tram. They didnt tell us and we didnt know. We got fined for 100 euros.
