"I’ve stayed here before, but this time seemed way worse. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, and it felt disgusting to take a shower. There was trash littered in the hallways of both the 6th and 8th floors, from the guests. I don’t think I will come back again. "

"The check-in staff was aloof. He was very disturbed that I tried to find a lower price on Expedia. His attitude was he would rather be anywhere but helping me. But when a pretty young lady came in, he was all smilesand very helpful. Normally, I would not be so put off by a staff member's behavior, but this young man was more than discourteous. He needs some training in good old hotel customer service, no matter the customer. I even tried to joke around with the young man. He wasn't having it. We won't be coming back."

"Safe surrounding area, very clean, staff very nice, room was spectacularly clean, comfy bed/pillows, lots of space, whole kitchen with dishwasher/stovetop/glass & dishware/full size fridge & automatic ice maker. Exceeded my expectations! Also appreciate the elevator as I have mobility issues"
