"Property has perfect location, quiet and clean. Good view from the windows . absolutely suitable for four person. To reach the apartment you have to climb in high stairs for as it was no problem, but I think for people in age it will be difficult. Only thing I don’t like was that you have to get your key in other place far from property it’s little be uncomfortable. I will be happy to come back again."

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

"Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. "
