"The apartment was really nice, well-furnished, and inviting. It had a great kitchen, really good shower, and air conditioning. I really appreciate the owner coordinating someone to meet us at the boat station and walking us to the apartment. We had a couple of small issues that we worked through with the clothes washer, but other than that we thought the apartment and location were excellent. We would really recommend this apartment. "

"We had a great stay here for a few days! We really liked the location being in a quieter spot but still easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Some of our best meals were at spots we picked nearby."

"Avoid this apartment! When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here."

"Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."

"Manager changed my hotel without confirming. No longer on grand canal and and 80 stair walk up. No sheets, blanket, or pillow the first if two nights. Very defensive manager with minimal effort to improve the stay. Not recommended!"
