"Beautiful, clean property with pleasant, helpful staff! Amenities were great, and the shuttle into downtown and back was very helpful. Only complaint was how thin the door was to the connecting room of our waterfront villa. Could hear the conversation of our neighbors loud and clearly!"

"This is one of the most Charming lodges I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The public areas are very welcoming. There are always snacks in the lobby. Our bed was particularly comfortable. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the Cherokee lodge"

"This was a convenient hotel change from the Loews resort as they have some sort of arrangement with each other and a shuttle that runs between the locations. I would recommend asking for a room that faces away from the street though as that can be quite noisy. I loved the location for it's walkability, safety, access to nice beaches and restaurants."

"This is the second time we have stayed. If you’re not looking for luxury but a nice, clean, convenient place to stay in the heart of Coronado this is your place. Walking distance to anywhere in town and just a ferry ride away to downtown SD. Doesn’t get any better than that."

"We had a great time at the 1906 Lodge. The lodge is charming and very well located a short walk to the seashore, the Del and countless restaurants, not to mention the lovely residential areas of Coronado island where it is such a pleasure to stroll thru. The staff at the Lodge were all so friendly and helpful, it really made our stay feel special. And we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hours in the peaceful porch and garden."
