"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"Review for the Hotel UNA in Florence, Italy Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. While the hotel looks modern, the rooms have several issues, both in appearance and functionality. We were first given a room with a damaged wall (as shown in the photo) and a malfunctioning bathroom. We reported it and were moved to another room, but in the second room, the sink and shower were clogged—they had to send a plumber just so we could use it. It was a disaster. I do not recommend this...
