"This is not an hotel or a Bed and Breakfast but a working farm (vineyard and olive groves) with a beautiful guesthouse with comfortable basic bedrooms. The dinners are family style for each room/group and there is only one menu per evening. The dinners were delicious and the wine was very good. There were activities you could sign up for as well. But the greatest part of the property is the views of the vineyards, olive groves, and the Tuscan countryside. Absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful....

"We loved our stay at Palagina. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved hanging by the pool and taking walks on some paths to see natures around us. Wine and olive oil was also super tasty! We did a tasting and it was fantastic. Only thing that was that there is only a few restaurants on the property and they closed some for events so you are stuck with eating there if you don’t have a car. And taxis are practically non existent in this area,...

The generous welcome box of essentials was a lovely surprise, as was the delicious bottle of wine. "A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. "Simply the most relaxing situation one could imagine. Just a perfect blend of nature, farm edges (e.g. not a resort) but unreal food/wine. Just hanging out by the pool all day or walking vineyards or simply just "being" while the Tuscan sun rejuvenates your soul. It was a fantastic couple of days that was restorative and memorable."
