"The property management and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and they were very accommodating staying open to check us in. They also ordered food for us from the restaurant which was closing. The feel was very authentic with trees and numerous separate spaces. Our luggage was did not arrive until our third day. They took care of it and had it delivered as soon as it arrived. Would definitely stay here again"

We had an unfortunate incident which required a late checkout and they were so accommodating. What a wonderful staff everyone always had a smile and we're very helpful. "We really enjoyed our stay under the canopy. The pool was gorgeous & the food was amazing. We enjoyed the lazy river & proximity to Xunantunich. The road into the resort is rough, so be prepared for 5 miles of dirt/gravel at the end. We arrived at night, which I don’t recommend."

"Absolutely perfect stay. We had the 2 bedroom villa which was gigantic. It comes with a well equipped kitchen and a back terrace that is perfect for breakfast sojourns before getting into the heat of San Ignacio. There is a pool here too, albeit small. The staff are particularly great, and everyone is super polite and helpful. You will need a car to get here, and it’d make sense to rent one anyway as you have to drive in Belize. There is a great walking/hiking trail in the property to get the juices flowing in the morning. All in all this was a super stay. "

"This was a fantastic surprise for us. We had never been to San Ignacio and booked the hotel hoping the reviews were accurate. We were not disappointed. The property is stunning and elegant. We stayed in a beautiful King room overlooking the jungle and enjoyed our morning coffee in the British tea cups that were elegantly provided. The art in the hotel holds vibrant depictions of the jungle animals, flora, and fauna. I felt as though in an art gallery. The food was excellent, the service, friendly and attentive. The pool has a lovely water fall that heightened the relaxation while I read my book in the sunshine. We tend to be picky travellers and my husband and I were delighted with our stay! "
