"I love the beds and pillows of this hotel. You can get a good nice sleep. Also the breakfast has variety and the location is great. Even though the pool is small, you can get a nice relaxing time."

"Beautiful old hotel near centre of Santiago. Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lovely old furniture. Pool was not warm. Bar meals ok but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"Clean room. Very spacious with a very comfortable large king size bed. Great location a couple mins walk to the train. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. The only issue we had here was that uber drivers could never get to us so we would have to walk the nearby laneway and book from the main street. "

Regarding breakfast, while the local selection was impressive, there is room for improvement in informing guests about holiday service changes. Providing me with a regular Friday schedule when I specifically asked about Good Friday hours caused us to misplan our excursion. Ensuring staff are consistently updated on holiday hours would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have great views, and housekeeping is prompt and excellent (especially Jazmin). "

"Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"
