"I had the misfortune to arrive by bus from Managua on a rainy day. I thus had difficulty in finding the Hostal. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan. I eventually got used to all these "perks"..."

We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. "Our 9 days at Casa Cha Cha Cha were nothing short of magical. From the very first morning, Estella and Gady welcomed us with such warmth, preparing delicious breakfasts and treating us with a kindness that made us feel like family.
The home itself is beautifully decorated and landscaped, but what took our breath away each day was the view. In San Juan del Sur, sunsets are an event — and from Casa Cha Cha Cha we had the best seats in town. Every evening, the sky turned into a masterpiece of color, and sitting there watching it unfold became one of the most cherished parts of our trip.
It felt like home, only with the beauty of the ocean before us and the kindest hosts beside us. Leaving was truly bittersweet.
