  • Conveniently located on the most upscale avenue in the San Juan Metro area. This bright, elegantly-furnished 19th floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, close to everything, especially Old San Juan, and the view was absolutely incredible! Ubers were also very affordable, which made getting around super easy. The house had everything we needed and made our stay very comfortable. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had such a good time. The room was very clean lots of extra supplies like aloe and peroxide.The view was amazing so pretty in the day or night.The beach was only a 4 minutes walk and la placita was only a 12 minute walk.

Beautiful view of the ocean. A simple, neat, and lovely home. Loved the Condado area, a lot of restaurants on the same street, steps away from the beach, and close to old san juan and isla verde. Would visit again!

The property communication was great with the owner and the view was really relaxing and beautiful! As far as the aesthetics of the condo, I felt it didn’t 100% live up to the pictures. In the bathroom, I’m not sure if how’s the sink is placed, but water splashes all of the counter and the shower had water all on the floor with the opening. I just felt it could use many more touch-ups. I loved that they provided beach chairs, and the walk to the beach was very short. It’s located in a great area near lots of stores and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable!

Had a lovely time at the apt. Great view from the balcony, walking distance to the beach and loads of great bars and restaurants. I used the pool daily. The apt was a bit smaller than the pictures displayed but adequate space in bedroom and living room. A smallish kitchen but very very well appointed, likewise the beach and picnic supplies were very impressive. Easy to catch a bus to old San Juan, truly a great rental!

Good morning and the listing picture was completely different from the actual property. The home needs to be work on before renting to anyone else. The hot water was an issue the trip. The locks on the front door made the home very unsecured. Trying to communicate with the host was a problem piror to the trip starting. The overall situation was tremendously stressful.

Bedroom curtain was partially detached from the drawstring and thus did not close completely. Bathroom water pressure was almost nil and never got beyond too cold to shower. Same as last time we visited. We will prefer to stay elsewhere unless landlord reassures us better water temperature. Closet needs hangers holding men,s trousers.

This ocean view 1 bedroom condo was beautiful and spotless. The view of Condado from the 19th floor balcony was breathtaking. Check-in went smooth. The location is perfect. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is literally across the street. The host was very accommodating and answered my emails in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Close to everything

Overall area was close to everything. Walking distance to all kinds of foods. Condo was good but it is on a noisey street so bring ear plugs. Great view of ocean.

Exactly as promised — delightful!

The host was helpful, attentive, and responsive — offering a list of local restaurants and other information. Check-in was easy, and went exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lovely view and balcony from which to enjoy it.The kitchen had everything we could need, and the apartment had plenty of storage space. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great trip

The unit was clean. A little small but fine for just the two of us. Easy walk to eat and the beach. No oven or washer or dryer which would have been nice.

Great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Check on process was clear and concise. Ocean views and easy access to main street in Condado Beach area. Public beach access less than 5 min walk and Immediate access to restaurants. Owner provided necessities for kitchen, bathroom and beach. Perfect size for 2.

Perfect Stay Before a Cruise

My SO and I stayed here for three nights prior to a cruise. The condo is very clean, bed is comfy (despite being a queen--but we dealt!), and pool area is amazing. The location is top notch. David, the property manager, is great to work with. We will definitely try to book with him again. Gold stars all the way around. Thank you.

Great location but bring ear plugs

Clean and in the middle of everything but that comes with a price. We thought the 19th floor wouldn’t get too much street noise, we were wrong. Other than the noise and unexpected electricity outage that lasted all day, we enjoyed our stay.

Decent but not exceptional

Great location and generally quite clean but may be water leak from the bathroom sink as water was always on the floor by a left-side wall and evidence of light mold possible. Also the Roku TV was difficult to operate and no instructions available to help. Correct these issues and we would be glad to stay again. Very cooperative building staff.
