"Despite having arrived during a water shortage, the staff did their best to accommodate us. They were helpful, extremely polite, and made our stay memorable. The hotel was a perfect distance to almost everything that we had planned for our trip! We had a rental and parking was a breeze at no cost. My only issue was the sizes of the room but it didn’t affect my rating of the hotel."

"The property was so cute, clean, and in such an accessible area! So close to the beach, restaurants, excursion points, and not far from old san juan. We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available to us via the hotel, the 24 hr grab and go food selection, and the staff was very friendly! If you rent a car, the parking was a little difficult to find, but covered parking onsite for a small fee was so nice! I would definitely come back here again!"
