We stayed here for 4 nights. Always came back to a clean room, I even appreciated my dirty laundry getting bagged up and put aside. The area is a 5 min walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants. I’d stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel and the staff was wonderful especially Andina. She was attentive, helped us to navigate our stay, and even sung Happy Birthday to my wife. We would definitely recommend this location.

Room was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. My flights home were cancelled due to a storm, so I had to extend for two days. They let me keep my room and were very helpful in that process. Would definitely return, great room for the money.

Clean room, helpful staff, not normally staffed but here and willing to help. Even helped us bring our bags in. Plenty of soap and toilet paper. Parking directly across the street. Area seemed safe.

My stay was fine. I wasn’t there much since I was here on business. The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was the perfect cold temp. I had hot water For the shower so it was all good. I was a little confused trying g to figure out how to access my key to get into the room but once I found it, I was all good.

The location was amazing, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, activities, and only a block away from the beach. The rooms are renovated and very modern. They were very accommodating to meet my needs! The cleaning staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I would definitely book with Red Door Inn again.

Room is clean and the lady who cleans the room was very sweet. But the gentleman who is the "front desk attendant" was not personable at all. It was like it was an inconvenience for him to acknowledge us or answer questions, even when calling .

I had a nice stay overall and found the property to be very pleasant. The location was excellent! Close to shopping, with restaurants and the beach just a short distance away, which was very convenient. The room was exactly what I needed for a one-night stay and would have been comfortable for a longer stay as well, especially as a solo traveler. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of hair on the floors, which was noticeable. Aside from that, both the room and the property were very clean. I also experienced an issue accessing the lockbox and called the number provided but did not receive a return call. Fortunately, another guest was kind enough to help me. Overall, it was a good stay in a great location, with just a few minor areas that could be improved. Would recommend.

The red door inn checked all the boxes. We arrived before check in and someone was on site to store our bags. Such nice staff and even helped us gather the keys from the lockbox (it was raining). All good. I will echo what others have said about the thin walls but the bed was super comfortable and close to restaurants and beach.

The place was very clean, easy to get into and in the middle of an area with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan. Really close to the beach maybe about a block walk would definitely stay there again.

The AC was above my head where I sleep and it was loud… Also when i first got there, the key was not in the lockbox. I tried to call the number (6:30pm local time), there was no one picked up. I called at least 10 times in order for someone to pick up. That was nerve wrecking because most do the hotels were full and they were like $700+ usd a night. This place is good value, but the lockbox situation and the lack of people picking up the call was very scary. Ruined my evening
