"Fantastic hotel"

"The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a warm charm. The restaurant on the top floor is a must try, with the staff manning a dinner service that is top class. The rooms were clean, topped up daily with toiletries and waters. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and was topped up whenever possible. The location is right between some fantastic restaurants, independent shops and a short walk away from the leaning tower of Pisa. Overall we had a fantastic time and that was thanks to The Grand Hotel Duomo."

"Great stay in one of the caravans. Arrived at 12.30am and night guard kindly let us in and took passports (got them back from reception next morning) and showed us to our caravan. Clean, comfy beds, perfect duvet for keeping at a decent temperature. Nice croissants in morning from mini market. Tasty pizza and pasta at restaurant. Son loved the panna cotta. Staff are top notch. "Good short stay near the train station and airport. Has 24 hour front desk and stored our luggage. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. It suited our needs as we were just passing thru the city on a quick day tour."
