"Check in staff were great. Check out staff need more training on how to respond to inquiries like how do I get to the parking garage. Confusing building layout with multiple elevators and no signage in the actual elevator as to push B for parking. A janitor and I managed to piece together a solution between my rusty Spanish and his desire to help me get to my car. Update the half sheet of instructions explaining breakfast pool and wifi with even 1 line on which elevator to take to get to your car."

"Great suggestions from hotel staff about some great restaurants and the San Luis Obispo Thursday evening Farmers' Market, within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Also, it is possible to walk from the Amtrak station to the hotel, about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace."

"Overall a great experience! Room was nice with comfortable bed, great fireplace and bathroom was clean. Two only big complaints were the lack of outlets accessibility and noise level; as we were next to the hotel bar and parking lot. The walls were thin and you could hear everything from late at night to early morning. Would recommend you stay here to enjoy the lounge area on a sunny day! It is definitely a beautiful space and must stay!"
