The bathroom was especially nice with a big walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I had a special request to stay on the first floor, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Big shoutout to Linda at the front desk—she went above and beyond to help us with a small issue and made the whole experience stress-free."
