"The location is pretty central with decent choice of fast food within walking distance. The room was clean; however, the rooms were listed as non-smoking but had a strong smell of smoke. The bathroom also had an odd odor to it and I had to keep the door closed most of the stay. The walls are thin as others have said, but my neighbor was considerate with TV noise once it was later at night. The walking noise can be loud, but that's to be expected. "I loved this hotel. The rooms are huge and the location is amazing. It is right across the street from Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. I can smell and hear the ocean from right outside my room. On the weekends, the Great Highway is closed to vehicular traffic and open to pedestrians. What a nice Saturday morning walk! The front desk staff is courteous and so helpful. I highly recommend this place!"
