I had no idea it’s actually the largest hotel in Antigua, and it truly feels grand in every way. The entire place was spotless – everything from the common areas to my room was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. The decor was tasteful and welcoming, giving the hotel a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The customer service here is top-tier – I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. Room service was available every day and always timely. If you’re visiting Antigua and want a hotel that delivers on space, cleanliness, service, and overall quality, this is the one. "This is a great hotel to stay at. Quality, comfort and 5-star service. They are very helpful and there are a few people on the staff that are especially great. Add the breakfast buffet on and you will not be disappointed. Its an amazing spread for the price as long as you add it in advance."
