"Brown was excellent!! Juan Pablo, one the staff was great and very helpful, every room as a view to the lake, infinity pool, the food is great!!! Free breakfast, free parking with option of valet if you prefer, drive was beautiful, you get into the woods to get to the hotel, nothing to worry about, very safe. I'm definitely going back. "

"The stay was wonderful and I definitely will be returning but there were a few problems. The water pressure in the shower changed over night and the pressure reduced significantly. In addition, the detachable shower head didn’t work and the heater for the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Stay was everything I could imagine and more but was disappointed by the jacuzzi not being able to be used for a chunk of the stay. Also, thank you to the staff that helped me carry my suitcase up and down the trail! And thanks to Rocky for being so energetic."

"It's like a dream. The tree house cabins are on the sdie of the mountain with the most breathtaking views you've ever seen! They are beautiful - jacuzzi is such a treat! The family who runs is phenomenal and so, so kind! It's one of a kind experience - must visit!! "
