Enjoyed our stay very much..loved the continental breakfast delivered to room..the only parking is down the block and is $20.00 a day..be prepared for checking in at the street..but then enjoy a great stay..

This property is fabulous. Immaculate, friendly staff, awesome location, the most comfortable beds, attention to detail everywhere.

We stayed with our preteen and little guy and it was wonderful. Area felt pretty safe. We had a bay view room and got to watch the lighthouse at Alcatraz at night. Real close to dining, Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf and just a couple blocks from the Big Bus station. Breakfasts were good and definitely saved money not paying for that every day! They are strict about the breakfast cutoff.

Every perfect, all that we need

The management's excellent leadership sets a shining example for the entire team, creating a hotel experience that epitomizes the true essence of hospitality. I sincerely hope that the high level of service I experienced will be a constant throughout...

Amazing location and the property is vast and beautiful. Amazing views from propert trails and marina. Modern suites were fantastic. Highly recomended.

I love this place

The buffet and parking are outrageously priced. There is no pool and no Shuttle to the airport.

Was not expecting MANDATORY $70 a day valet parking

Best hotel in San Francisco. A real classic!

super clean, great location and easy parking

I came to SF for my 40th birthday for the first time and chose the Jay as it seemed stylish, well situated, and had amenities I was looking for. It didn’t disappoint. We found the bed very comfortable, they had daily housekeeping which is very rare these days, room service (also rare), a shower where there’s an actual door that closes, and a lovely hotel restaurant and lounge/cafe area which we used often to do some reading! Also, the hotel is near lots of public transportation which we used...
