"Very off way to get in . You have to pull in the side of the building in front of gate to very tight parking garage. Of course it is San Francisco, and we are not used to that."

"Good location, clean room and comfortable beds. Good for a quick overnight along the way."

"It’s quite quiet though right in town. Place is clean and the room was fine. The bed a little soft to me but no problem. Great burger place on premises."

"The rooms were outdated, the bathrooms were not cleaned well when we arrived (we had a dead bug in our soap rack!), the floors creaked so loud whenever you walked on it. The staff was very nice though."

"Convenient location and free available parking was great."

"Great and wonderful stay, quick and easy checking in and checking out. I will be sure to stay there again."

"I’ve stayed in most of the old school buildings expensive San Francisco conversion hotels like this one. and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised with the Bartlett. Clean, updated, small cozy lobby, even a lively bar on premises. Great location in Union Square, with everything you might need for a business stay within a block or two, including coffee, restaurants, and BART station."

"Centrally located with kind and helpful staff"
