"Staff was exceptional, the room was really nice, and the stay was just perfect. My only complaint is that you should stay in the Premier Building as the Standard/Historic Building not only felt cramped, but had this weird odor so I would not recommend it; we had a balcony in our premier room but never used it as it appeared to have not been swept in months though! ★★★★☆"

"This is such a beautiful place. Walking distance to the warf, restaurants and Alcatraz. A lot to do around there within walking distance. Very windy by the bay so bring a jacket. Hotel is amazing with different seating places, game room and even s’mores to make by the 3 fire pits they have. A restaurant is attached to this hotel and has wonderful and friendly staff."
