"The property was in a nice location cute town with a nice view, however nothing in the hotel room worked. No lights in the bathroom, no light in the room with the bed. No outlets worked. One of the outlet was hanging out of the wall as if it was in the process of being worked on. I only stayed one night, left super early in the morning to, so I didn’t complain to the staff but for anyone staying longer take this into consideration."

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. "

"Beautiful villa just a short drive from Lucca. The room was relatively basic but with an incredibly comfortable bed and in quiet surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for an early morning dip before exploring the surrounding hills and town. I would happily stay here again. "
