"Great stay, clean room, clean poll area, great beach access and chairs. Buffett breakfast was great. Check in was a little slow and room was almost not ready at 3pm. Would return again. Great restaurants walking distance from hotel and supermarket."

"I like everything about this property, the food was great, the cleanliness of the room and property in general was excellent, the staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the offer of body wash and shampoo but I would suggest to have conditioner and body lotion toiletries as well. Other than that, my family and I have a great time and definitely will be back in the near future!"

"The rooms very clean, staff very friendly,beach view excelente but unfortunately if you want an umbrella you have to rent it, the shows very good. Food good but not much variety. I recommend to eat in the Italian and Steak restaurants, no reservations needed just be there before they open for dinner."

"One of the two reasons I did not rate 5 stars all around is to do with activities on the resort. One of the evenings they had a group come and sing but it was less than an hour long. The other, we attempted to utilize the jacuzzi but the water was cooler than the pool… I also notice the pool likely needed nightly scrubbing, noticeable build up. All staff provided excellent service. One of the days I was hungover and one of the waiters went out of his way to bring me a table of hangover remedies he felt that would help me, which I was so surprised and grateful for. The food was great for it being at a hotel and the bartenders were personable. We enjoyed the drinks that were provided and did not get sick from drinking at the resort. I do recommend this resort if you are contemplating, you will not be disappointed."

"The hotel was brilliant! Very clean and comfortable! Our included meals were great, with a great variety of choice! The staff were excellent. They were incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. For example, they helped with our flight details that were only posted in Spanish. I would highly recommend this hotel."
