"Breakfast was fine, staff good, but the floors and rooms were so noisy there was no sound insulation and we could hear snoring from another room. There floors creaked with a deep grinding sound. Someone put their tv on at 03.30 and once you’re awake it takes forever to go off again. WiFi was spotty and I had to hot spot my phone to get emails. But for all that we were there for 2 nights so I am glad to be home and look forward to my bed."

"The thermostats controlling the aircon/heaters were mounted directly in line with the heater outlets so that whenever the heater kicked in the thermostat immediately thought the room had reached the right temperature. This comical setup had been installed in our bedroom and also my sister's room. The name of the installers was, amazingly, printed on the units. The hotel management would be well advised to get the installers back to correct the locations of the thermostats - at no cost to them. Apart from this issue the hotel is a real treasure with a brilliant restaurant. This was our second stay. "
