"The reception was ok. Cleanliness ok Bed comfort Zero Bathroom Area Zero General atmosphere Zero. Only food available a Breakfast box by the door. Left after one night and had to pay to stay in another hotel Hotel near by provide good service and Evening meal plus cooked breakfast at just a small amount more than the Westcliffe. Cost me an additional £500. Covid Excuse does not apply as I have stayed in 4 hotels in Devon and Cornwall all providing good service and Food. Only worth £40 per...

"The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay . The room was refreshed daily and the towels changed. The facilities were brilliant, the spa facilities were excellent and £20 for multiple use during my stay was great value for money. There was a great choice at breakfast and the food was well presented. Great stay , good value for money , I would return again."

"A lovely hotel, right on the beach. Walk out of the rear of the hotel and straight onto the sand. Our third floor room had a sea view and was spacious with a seperate lounge area too. The breakfast was a buffet style and well cooked and presented."
