"From the moment I arrived, Ashley made me feel so welcome. She was cheerful and accommodating and made me laugh. My room was comfortable and quaint and on the 2nd floor (note: book a main level room if you have large luggage as there is no elevator/lift). The breakfast was great, with options for a continental breakfast or full breakfast. I took an uber so I didn’t have to park but I understand there is parking for guests and those embarking on a cruise. I recommend calling and asking first if you need parking. Staying at the Elizabeth House was a great introduction to England. I couldn’t have asked for better weather. "

"My wife and I stayed there overnight before heading on a cruise from South Hampton to Spain and Portugal. The hotel was outstanding and close to the cruise port. The food in the restaurants were delicious and amazing.The room was extremely clean and the bed super comfortable. The overall hotel amenities were above and beyond the norm. Highly recommend the hotel for any occasion…"
