"Beautiful area. Huge room! Comfy beds. Very quiet & safe. Is older but to me, not run down. Did not have breakfast, so can’t speak of that. Was not able to arrive until after 2 am. Since I was so tired, I was very happy that the woman working the desk was extremely quick and very nice! "

"My friends and I had a wonderful weekend here. The room and bathroom were large, clean and cheerful. The grounds are nicely landscaped and well lit. The free breakfast was very good with some healthy options. The staff was terrific! My only complaint is there are no recycling bins. Would have been nice to put plastics and glass bottles in recycling instead of a landfill."

"This property is an incredible location on the bay in a peaceful neighborhood within easy walking distance of beach access points, a brewery, and seafood restaurants. The home was spotless and well stocked. There was even a welcome basket awaiting our arrival. It was the perfect setting for our gathering of friends to celebrate retirement. We especially enjoyed watching for seals, the beautiful sunrises, biking along the canal and Cape Cod rail trail, plus our glass experience with Peter Waechter, artist in residence, at the Sandwich Glass museum. The Heritage gardens and museums were the highlight of our last day on the cape. I would give this property 10 stars if I could."

"We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the property is so nice. The weather was too cool to swim but the pool area looked great and would be a fun place to hang out! And Chris the owner was easy to communicate with too! We'd definitely go again. :)"

"Four of us Stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. Our friends stayed in the king room and we took the queen, both on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house is close to the beach though we were there when it was too cold to enjoy it:) The house was quiet and comfortable with the exception of one night when the cape was having a wind storm and it was blowing the outdoor furniture around on the upper deck. We just brought the chairs inside for the night The house is tastefully decorated with a quiet nautical theme of starfish. It had everything we needed including a toaster oven and Keurig coffee pot complete with pods and water. The downstairs shower even has a towel warmer! We would definitely stay here again and have also recommended it or other friends and family."
