"I booked and paid for this place but the owner never got back to me. Never emailed me the code to get in. And then travelnest told me it was my job to try and get a refund off expedia! This is a rotten disgraceful way to treat people. Id travelled 140 miles to stay here with my disabled husband and two dogs and couldnt even contact the owner to get in!!!"

"We had a fantastic stay, and start to our honeymoon at the Shepherds Hut. Becca was a very helpful host, who ensured we had all we need whilst giving us our privacy. It is a wonderful place to completely switch off from external distractions, and the accommodation is beautifully simple and quaint. 5 ⭐"
