"Our family of 5 enjoyed a single night stay in this apartment before we left Naples on a cruise. The location was nice and the views are amazing. The check in process was a little cumbersome needing to meet with someone to help us get into the apartment. We were missing sheets and towels, which were delivered later in the day. We also needed batteries for the AC units. We got locked out of the entrance to the building when someone closed one of the gates that we didn't have keys or a code for....

"Our stay started out rough. Pics/description did not accurely represent what we received. We thought we were getting a 2-story apt with 2 king size beds & 2 singles (traveling party of 6). The apartment is actually only 1 level, and we got the equivalent of 2 queens & a full size bed, & the air conditioners didnt work in 2 of the sleeping rooms making it extremely hot and uncomfortable.
