Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

This is a charming hotel. It is in a great location near shops and restaurants. On the other hand there is no “traffic” noise because it is located on a a small alley. My inability to speak Italian was not a problem.

Good experience for the first time in Italy, hotel have good breakfast and they advise with the things you need to moved around like bus, vaporeto to Venice or ATM machines etc ....

Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.

Rooms were very comfortable and hotel was easy to get to from the airport and train station. Front desk and service staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. Dinner was exceptional.

This is a luxury, modern hotel at moderate prices. The location is perfect. There is a rooftop bar that is amazing. The staff was very professional. Highly recommended

Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable. You won’t regret staying here:)

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Nice amenities including: Spa for an additional charge. Boat taxi service provided by the hotel. Bar on site. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

Rooms were small but lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. All staff were very pleasant. Reception staff were terrific! Very convenient location and very reasonably priced.
