"We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were one flight up and there are no elevators, so they brought all our luggage up and down. They even took it for us to the water taxi when we left. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"The canal view from our window was so nice! The room was nice, clean and good AC. I’d say complete room amenities including weighing scale and slippers. The breakfast selection was great. The young bartender was very nice and the service was fast. The staffs were helpful and kind. The location was perfect for us. My lil kid liked it!"
