To say we were disappointed is an understatement.... we were given what we felt was the smallest room in the house (my husband is 6'2" and had to walk around the room stooping down to avoid banging his head on some of the rafters) it was in the roof, very dark due to a tiny window, and very hot despite the air conditioning. But, the breakfast staff were excellent and the location was the absolute best, literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks for example. "
